Oops! I've made a big eBay mistake! How do I cancel?

From time to time on eBay, it's inevitable. You accidentally accepted the lowball best offer instead of rejecting it. You made a typo and bid ten times what the item's worth—at the last second, while sniping—and now you've won the auction. Or you created a fixed-price listing and entered the "Quantity 1" price for a "Lot of 100" listing, and minutes later, before you found the mistake, someone bought it and paid for it.

What do you do now? You obviously can't complete the transaction, right? Is there a cancel button that you can hit in a big, big hurry?
