Feedback scores are a simple and easily referenced component of the eBay feedback system.
A member's feedback score is simply the total number of unique positive feedback reports that a member has received minus the number of unique negative feedback reports that a member has received.
Though a very large feedback score can seem impressive at first glance, it is only one component of the member's feedback rating. At least as important is the feedback percentage, which gives an indication of how well the member performs overall.
