A "Reserve Price" is an optional seller-supplied price below which the auction bidding results are not binding to either buyer or seller.

Use When
You want to let the bidding market decide the price of your item, but are unwilling to sell if the bidding does not meet your specific expectations.

DON'T Use When
You have no qualms about selling the item at whatever price is ultimately established by the bidding process.

Restrictions
Not available for multiple item auction listings (Dutch auctions).
