"PayPal Payments" Seller Feature

PayPal payments enable sellers to accept payment from buyers by credit card or electronic bank transfer, and to subsequently access received funds using a standard personal bank or checking account.
Surcharge
No for small monthly amounts, Yes for premium members/large monthly amounts

Use When
You are a member of PayPal (or have a bank account and credit card and are willing to join), and want to accept immediate electronic payment from buyers.

DON'T Use When
You do not have a PayPal account, are selling an item more valuable than PayPal's monthly limit for non-premium members, or are unwilling to pay PayPal's seller surcharge.

Restrictions
PayPal membership is required in order to accept PayPal payments.
