Use When
You have multiple identical items to sell and you know precisely the price that you wish to be paid for each item.
DON'T Use When
You only have one item to sell, the items you have to sell are not identical, or you want to let the bidding market determine the value of the items rather than setting the price yourself.
Restrictions
Available only to sellers with a feedback profile of 30 or more who have been on eBay for 14 days or more, or to sellers with a feedback profile of 15 or more and an active PayPal account.
