Use When
You've listed a large multiple-item listing or a very high dollar value item and expect it to generate enough revenue for you to offset the very high cost of being featured on the eBay front page.
DON'T Use When
You are selling any regular item with average value, in particular if there are many others on eBay. Use for high-volume, high-value, unusual or exclusive items that justify this feature's high price tag.
Restrictions
Home page placement is at eBay's discretion; eBay may refuse to promote certain items on its home page.
