If you're the type that gets frustrated by accounting tasks, or you're just a small to medium-size eBay buyer or seller looking for a way to streamline recordkeeping tasks, PayPal has a great feature for you. Not only does PayPal automatically keep a list of all the transactions you've ever carried out—it also makes that list downloadable in several formats. By using PayPal almost exclusively for your eBay trading, you can quickly import a list of your eBay transactions and amounts for any period of time you choose into a program like Excel (or Quicken or Quickbooks), saving yourself time and energy.
