A friend came to me yesterday trying to buy a digital camera, absolutely bewildered by eBay's search tools. It seemed as though every time she typed "digital camera" into the eBay search box, she got everything but digital cameras.
After trudging through pages and pages of results, she was about to give up on eBay altogether. Luckily, she called me first, and I pointed her toward a tutorial on using eBay's search tools more effectively. If you buy a lot on eBay but haven't yet read it, now is the time—the back-to-school shopping season is in full force and the holiday shopping season is just around the corner.
