Can feedback be erased?

Tuesday June 27, 2006
Sometimes an unwarranted negative or retaliatory feedback happens. Once the dust of a dispute clears, if both trading partners have left less-than-happy feedback about the other, it's not uncommon for a bit of regret to begin to creep in around the edges.

Were negatives really justfied, or did the heat of the moment lead to a blight on two traders' feedack that will last forever? Many eBayers are surprised to learn that even after negatives are in place, if traders can resolve the underlying dispute, it may be possible to have negative feedback removed.
