Making contact with eBay members

It's inevitable. Whether you primarily buy or sell on eBay, at some point you're going to decide it's time to contact another eBay member. Maybe it happens three weeks after you've paid for your very expensive item and still haven't seen hide nor nair of it. Maybe you want to ask a seller for more details about an item that you're not quite sure about. Either way, the eBay website can sometimes seem as though it's been designed to keep you from contacting other members.

It can be done, however, and actually done relatively easily—though it's important to touch on a few ground rules before you reach out and touch someone.
